We provide the central server to which 11 operators are connected through touch screens. Most important functions are scheduling on plant level based on customer orders from their ERP-level and a complete traceability of all material flows within their manufacturing facility.

 

• Lear Corporation Belgium - Genk (Belgium)

Our application runs on a central Microsoft Windows server in combination with Microsoft SQL-server. From 12 touchscreens the operators  are capable to perform attributive tests on produced car seats for Ford and classify them. Errors are communicated to their repair department and a repair log is recorded in Easy95. The system receives customer orders from AS/400 and communicates with Siemens PLC's.
